RUNV.CLUB - OVERVIEW
WHAT IS RUNV.CLUB
runv.club is a Brazilian community in the tilde style: an online space with a Unix/Linux shell account, personal page, terminal, wiki, news, and community life around technology, digital culture, and learning.
PURPOSE
The purpose of runv.club is to offer a more human, more personal, and calmer place to study, publish, chat, and explore the internet with less noise and more autonomy.
BASIC PRINCIPLES
1. Clarity
People need to understand how to join, how to ask for help, and how to use the system without guesswork.
2. Simple access
Account requests, SSH key authentication, and support should follow clear, public paths.
3. Security
Each account is individual and needs to be protected responsibly.
4. Respect for the community
The space needs to remain welcoming, usable, and safe for everyone.
5. Good faith
The system was built for learning, community, creation, and exchange — not for fraud, abuse, or sabotage.
WHO IT'S FOR
runv.club is for beginners, the curious, students, professionals, and enthusiasts who want to learn more about Unix/Linux, publish a personal page, use classic tools, and take part in a Brazilian technology community.
You don't need to arrive already knowing everything.
