RUNV.CLUB - PRIVACY AND SECURITY
GENERAL PRINCIPLE
Privacy and security are part of the basic operation of any minimally serious system.
DATA AND RESPONSIBILITY
Users should only provide the data necessary to use the system and keep their information up to date when relevant for access, support, and security.
The administration must handle data carefully, limit internal access, and reduce unnecessary exposure.

Security is a shared responsibility.
WHAT USERS SHOULD AVOID

- publishing other people's personal data;
- using insecure devices for sensitive access;
- ignoring signs of intrusion or compromise;
- installing suspicious extensions or dubious software on the device used for SSH or email.
SECURITY INCIDENTS
Any suspicion of:
- unauthorized access;
- account theft;
- fraud;
- a malicious link;
- a technical failure with security impact;
- an information leak;
must be reported immediately to:
admin@runv.club
REVIEW OF EVENTS
To protect the platform, the administration may review technical logs, usage patterns, access history, and evidence related to incidents, abuse, and moderation.
IMPORTANT LIMITATION
No online system is invulnerable.
What matters is reducing risk, responding quickly, logging relevant incidents, and fixing what's confirmed.
OPERATIONAL GOOD PRACTICES

- logging relevant incidents;
- removing unnecessary permissions;
- fixing confirmed flaws;
- guiding affected users when necessary.
