RUNV.CLUB - COMMUNITY RULES

These rules exist to keep the community welcoming, usable, and safe. The goal isn't to police idle conversation — it's to protect the space so people can learn, publish, and get along well.

RULE 1 - BASIC RESPECT

Attacking, humiliating, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other users is prohibited.
Debate is not an excuse for harassment.
Disagreement is normal. Abusive behavior is not.

RULE 2 - NO HATE SPEECH

Content that promotes discrimination, dehumanization, hostility, or exclusion based on race, color, origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation is prohibited.

RULE 3 - NO FRAUD

Lying about identity, role, affiliation, authorization, outcome, certificate, permission, account ownership, or any other element used to deceive others is prohibited.

RULE 4 - NO SPAM

Flooding, repetitive advertising, mass messaging, misleading links, unauthorized automation, and insistent posting of irrelevant content are prohibited.

RULE 5 - NO ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS CONTENT

Using the system to distribute illegal content, malicious instructions, scams, phishing, malware, exploitation material, real threats, or incitement to criminal activity is prohibited.

RULE 6 - PRIVACY MATTERS

Exposing other people's personal data without authorization is prohibited.
Also prohibited: publishing screenshots, emails, contacts, documents, private data, or sensitive information with the intent to embarrass, punish, or attack someone.

RULE 7 - NO EVADING MODERATION

Creating an alternate account to escape a warning, suspension, limitation, or ban is prohibited.
Using someone else to get around a penalty is also prohibited.

RULE 8 - RESPONSIBLE TECHNICAL USE

Exploiting system flaws, testing vulnerabilities without authorization, aggressively automating actions, abusive scraping, or degrading operation is prohibited.

RULE 9 - GOOD FAITH

If a user's behavior isn't literally listed but is clearly malicious, manipulative, abusive, or harmful to the system, the administration may act.

RULE 10 - COMPLYING WITH ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS

Discussion and appeal are allowed.
Causing turmoil, threatening staff, pressuring other users, or spreading misinformation about moderation actions doesn't help and can make things worse.

EXPECTED CONDUCT

• communicate problems clearly;
• respect users and the team;
• report abuse without making a spectacle of it;
• stay focused on legitimate use of the system;
• act with maturity and good faith.
