Your web page is whatever is in ~/public_html, served at
https://runv.club/~you/ (with your username instead of "you").

Start by editing ~/public_html/index.html:

  nano ~/public_html/index.html

Files have to be readable by others to show up. If a page gives you
"not found" when the file is there, check the permissions:

  chmod 644 ~/public_html/page.html
  chmod 755 ~/public_html/somedir

Links to files outside your home, or files owned by someone else, are
not served. Plain HTML, CSS, images and JavaScript work. There is no
PHP or CGI.

Each page runs in a sandbox of its own, so JavaScript works but cookies
and localStorage don't, and a script can't read other runv.club pages.
Folders named .git, .ssh or .gnupg are never served.
